Coop Camps

Coop Camps are back for the third summer! Hooray!

These week-long camps will include hands-on projects, classic icebreakers, community-building games, snacks, and laughs! All 2025 Coop Camps will be from 9am-3pm. Cost is $125 per week. Partial scholarships will be available via application on the registration form.

Please pack a lunch and water bottle. Morning and afternoon snacks are provided.

There will be two simultaneous sessions each week:

– One Camper group will be in The Cooperage Building (1030 Main Street, Honesdale) for incoming 3rd and 4th grade students
– One Camper group will be in the Stoneworks Youth Building (located directly behind The Cooperage) for incoming 5th and 6th grade students

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN HERE IN EARLY APRIL. THE OPENING DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED VIA SOCIAL MEDIA.

June 23-27: Creative Expressions

Featuring a variety of artists, actors, creatives, and musician friends, this is the camp for students looking to make their mark on the world and have fun exploring the expressive arts of music, visual arts, acting… and, new this year, the culinary arts! If you are into costumes, karaoke, or turning random objects into fine art, this is the camp for you!

July 7-11: Maker Academy – STEM Camp

Calling all engineers, crafters, builders, chemists, scientists, coders, and curious kids! Each day of Maker Academy will dive into the worlds of engineering, robotics, kitchen chemistry, stream science, and more. This week will feature special guests from WVIA’s Science in the Classroom and a performance of “Alice in Scienceland” from Farm Arts Collective!

July 21-25: Storytelling

Explore the power of storytelling to connect, make sense of the world, spread information, inspire, and share your unique voice. Special guests from WVIA, our regional public media station, will be joining us to share their professional skills: campers will get the chance to work with journalists and members of the production team to try their hand at modern storytelling! We’ll balance this with a dive into traditional modes of storytelling, including music, art, theater, myths, and legends.
