Calling all engineers, crafters, builders, chemists, scientists, coders, and curious kids! Each day of Maker Academy will dive into the worlds of engineering, robotics, kitchen chemistry, stream science, and more.
Featuring a variety of artists, actors, creatives, and musician friends, this is the camp for students looking to make their mark on the world and have fun exploring the expressive arts of music, visual arts, and acting.
This week is all about the eerie, strange, and downright WEIRD. (Oh yeah, the fun and funny, too!) Heather Hogan-Spencer of Bodhi Tree Art Studio, with some special guests, will take us through a variety of projects to create creatures of our own: we’ll write our own urban legends, make paper mache masks, draw comics, and more. There may even be SLIME. Bring your imagination!
