Women in Philanthropy Grant Recipient

The Cooperage Project Awarded Wayne County Women In Philanthropy Grant 

On Thursday May 2nd on behalf of The Cooperage Project, Arrah Fisher and Amanda Masters had the honor to present as a grant finalist at the Women In Philanthropy’s spring quarterly meeting. This year, Scranton Area Community Foundation and Wayne County Community Foundation have teamed up to expand the impact of this incredible program to serve Wayne and Pike Counties.

During the event, $41,000 in grants were awarded to 10 nonprofit organizations working on projects serving women, girls, and their families in NEPA. The Cooperage Project gratefully received $6,000 to support Pop-Up Club and Coop Camps (youth programs that support out of school time).
